In the final part of our four-part series on headaches we will provide you with some general advice on how to avoid and manage headaches.

Headaches can be caused by a variety of factors, including stress, poor posture, dehydration, lack of sleep, and more. Here are some tips to help you prevent headaches:

  1. Maintain good posture.
    Poor posture can put a strain on your neck and back muscles, leading to tension headaches. Be mindful of your posture while sitting or standing and make adjustments as necessary. Consult your chiropractor and ask for posture tips and tricks.

    : Dehydration can cause headaches, so be sure to drink enough water throughout the day.
